Vision and foresight lie in the mind,it is the ability of a man to look into and plan the future with a clear purpose. To me, there is no hindrance to possessing this quality,be it age, status,level of education or physical impairment. Once you are of sound mind, this quality is yours to lose. Change makers, innovators, and problem solvers are examples of people with vision. Unfortunately there are few of their kind nowadays.
