A line of one of my favorite songs reads "And when I fall down, I will pick myself back up" It's a song for champions. One striking feature about this song is that the singer admits and is predisposed to the fact that there may be times when he would fall, fail, get disappointed, rejected, refused and denied, but he is ready to rise above all these and defy the odds. That to me is one step to becoming a champion. Conditioning your mind on the hurdles and challenges on the way to becoming who you want to be is an impediment halved eliminated. Many of us expect a smooth ride to victory and get overwhelmed by the bumps we face in our way. We get hit so hard by the jabs of life because of how easy we expect things to be. Today, let's be like the man who is taking no prisoners and has conditioned his mind and ready to fight back even in the future.
