One of the difficult tasks in life is getting a cracked mirror fixed. The same could be talked about reputations. Good reputations are earned through great deal of sweat. It is also an undeniable fact that reputations are basis for recommendations. However, it becomes a Herculean task redeeming a marred reputation. In the same vein, maintaining a mirror is equally as difficult as getting it fixed, it takes a great deal of consistent caution and care. Our reputations are like mirrors, to maintain it means to be consistent with our principles, values and courtesies and never to compromise on these virtues at any stage of our lives. What would you be remembered for? What reputation are you building for yourself? Are they worthy of recommendations? You are the best person to judge.
